Refund Eligibility

Refunds are accepted within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the refund will be processed minus the shipping charges.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email with your order details and reason for the refund request.
2. Return the Product: After your refund request is approved, you will need to return the product to us. Instructions for returning the item will be provided in our response.
3. Refund Processing: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your original method of payment.

Exclusions

Please note, the following items are not eligible for refunds:

• Opened or used products.
• Products returned after the 14-day window.
• Products purchased on sale or through special promotions.
